Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the Charles –de-Gaulle Airport is the biggest in Paris. It is comprised of three buildings: the Charles de Gaulle 1 (CDG1), which handles scheduled international flights excluding Air France; the Charles de Gaulle 2 (CDG2), which handles Air France & other airlines with European flights; and Terminal 9 (T9), handling Charter flights only.

The Charles-de-Gaulle is connected to the European high-speed train network, Train à Grande Vitesse (TGV, which services three Parisian stations – the Gare du Nord, Gare Montparnasse, and the Gare de Lyon. The Roissybus runs to and from the airport and corner of the Rues Scribe and Auber near the Opera Garnier and depart every 15 minutes. Ride usually takes 45-60 minutes and costs FF45.
